As brokers, we are always looking to add value for our clients and extend the services we provide. With this in mind, I add a Spring 1st Look visit to my rounds when I am out on appointments. Commercial real estate (CRE) clients are busy and often don't see these things. My goal is to put a fresh set of eyes on my client properties and give them an actionable set of things they can to maintain and/or improve the value of their assets.
I take a look at many different factors in and around their property and let them know what they can, and probably should, do to keep their properties clean and well maintained. This makes their properties more valuable and can help keep costs down over the long-term.
I have a full write up on this over at Leavitt Digital with much more detail.
