With a burgeoning career in the Real Estate industry, I have leveraged my extensive professional network in Albany and the Capital Region, built through my prior roles in Sales and Business Development, as well as my ongoing work with local nonprofits and charitable organizations. As a founding member and the current President of the Downtown Neighborhood Association, I collaborate with local government and nonprofit organizations to advocate for the needs of the growing residential community in Downtown Albany.

My diverse professional background spans hospitality, recreation/entertainment, business consulting/sales, and City Government. This breadth of experience, combined with my dedication to the growth and redevelopment of Albany, equips me to efficiently assist buyers, sellers, and developers in navigating the real estate market.

Specializations

I specialize in Multi-Family and Mixed-Use properties, as well as Retail and Office Space within the City of Albany. My expertise includes leasing office spaces and aiding in the acquisition and conversion of historic retail/office spaces into multi-family residential units, especially in the post-pandemic market.
