Scope of Responsibilities

Raza specializes in transaction services to hospitality, lodging, and
resort properties in the Commercial Sector. On the residential side, he
is passionate about providing a professional, responsive, and attentive
service to home buyers and sellers in the Capital Region and across
Upstate New York.

Background & Experience

Raza started his career as an accountant in the tax industry and served
clients across the United States as an Enrolled Agent and later as a
CPA, helping clients with their complex tax issues. By leveraging his
experiences dealing with the IRS, interviewing clients, and working with
numbers, Raza conveys a unique touch to the real estate process.

Administration from California State University, Los Angeles. Raza
speaks fluent Urdu and Hindi.
