As a resident of Troy, NY, Ms. Dal Pos has become a strong advocate and an ambassador for the city known as the “New Brooklyn.” She is well connected to the community and attends most Troy LDC, IDA, and Rensselaer County IDA  and Chamber of Commerce meetings. Background & Experience

Ms. Dal Pos real estate career began as a shopping mall marketing director for the Pyramid Companies in Syracuse, NY. After a short time in the corporate office, she went into the field in Utica, NY and Plymouth, MA where she developed and implemented marketing plans for regional malls in excess of 100 local and national retailers. In Colorado, she was the Managing Editor of the Colorado Real Estate Journal, a commercial real estate publication dedicated to reporting news on the industry and promoting its affiliates.

Ms. Dal Pos’ thirty-year career in international strategic marketing and management spans a variety of industries and various size companies from Fortune 500 corporations, non-profit organizations to startups. Her background includes marketing roles at advertising, PR agencies and consulting firms in Boston, MA and Denver, CO and in a five-state Midwestern region for the American Cancer Society.

She lived and worked abroad for six years as an International Marcom Specialist at Agilent Technologies (a spinoff of Hewlett Packard) in the telecommunications systems division in Edinburgh, Scotland. She then spent four years as the Head of International Marketing for Sonoro Audio, a global consumer electronics company based in Cologne, Germany where she launched products into 27 countries. She is also very involved in the entrepreneurial community in NY and beyond.

Education

Dal Pos received an International MBA from the University of Denver in Colorado and a Bachelor of Art in Mass Communications from Emerson College in Boston, MA.
