Phillips is a commercial real estate broker specializing in apartment buildings and complexes, other investment-grade properties, and land development throughout Upstate New York.
Phillips has been a commercial real estate broker since 1999. In 2001 Phillips decided to specialize in multi-family communities and apartment complexes. His talent on these projects has helped him cultivate many long-term relationships with local and regional apartment owners, investor groups and many members of the financial sector.
Phillips earned his Associate’s Degree from Vincennes University of Technology.
