Scope of Service Experience

Daniel specializes in multi-market industrial corporate solutions, industrial tenant representation, portfolio strategy and implementation, property acquisition/disposition, leasing, build-to-suit transactions, and all phases of site development. Daniel has developed relationships with national brokers including; Colliers, Jones Lang & LaSalle, Nermark Knight & Frank, Lee & Associates. He has worked with over a dozen publicly traded companies over the last 10 years. Daniel’s accomplishments in the industry have garnered him Elite Broker’s status for 2010 and 2013, within NAI Global’s prestigious member alliance.

Background & Experience

Daniel possesses more than 25 years experience, across multiple disciplines within the commercial real estate industry. Prior to entering into the commercial real estate field, Daniel developed, managed and owned retail gasoline and convenience store sites in New York’s capital region. He also has several years experience as a licensed agent in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry. Daniel brings a wealth of knowledge and deep understanding to the process of acquisition and development of industrial and regional distribution centers in the New England area. In addition to his extensive background in accurate site analysis and selection, he has become known for his integral role in some of the area’s largest industrial transactions.
Daniel obtained his SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designation in 2016 – a professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the real estate industry. Real Estate professionals who have earned the SIOR designation are recognized by corporate real estate executives, commercial real estate brokers, agents, lenders, and other real estate professionals as the most capable and experienced brokerage practitioners in any market.

Education

Daniel studied Business Management at the University of Hartford and Siena College.
